How long is the training and what does the schedule look like?
The training length and the schedule may vary based on client opportunities as every client’s program has their own specific required attendance hours and length. These details are usually mentioned in each upcoming class training session for agents’ review before enrollment to ensure informed decisions, allowing them to plan accordingly.
After the training, will I be the one to choose my own hours to work anytime I want?
Correct. Upon starting production, you will have the freedom to choose your own hours based on availability. This flexibility allows you to tailor your schedule to fit both your personal and professional commitments, ensuring a harmonious work and life balance.
How many hours are required a week?
You have the freedom to work as little as 20 hours a week or as much more as you prefer, you are in control!
What is the billing cycle?
The billing cycle is twice a month.
Upon starting production, will I be able to choose hours to work on Saturdays or Sundays if I don't have availability some days during the week?
Absolutely. Depending on the client’s program you are servicing, some projects operate 24/7 Monday to Sunday, allowing you the flexibility to work at your convenience, whenever you want.
Is equipment provided for this role? If not, I don't currently have dual monitors, I have a computer(laptop), can I use it to work?
Unfortunately, we do not provide equipment at this time for this role. It is recommended for agents to have their own equipment, dual monitors preferred as they are required for most of the clients’ projects to enhance productivity and improve workflow efficiency. However, agents are able to complete the onboarding process with the use of a computer (laptop) if they currently do not have dual monitors, but it might take a long time for the agent to enroll in class training session since they will have to wait for clients opportunities that do not require dual monitors, which rarely occurs.
I would like to order dual monitor equipment, but I see the ETA is far. I don't want to lose my spot.
Proceeding with the order for new equipment is perfectly acceptable. The estimated time of arrival will not affect your onboarding process, as we have client opportunities available. In the event that, by the time you complete your onboarding process we do not have a client opportunity that aligns with your linguistic skills, we will ensure to update you as soon as a suitable opportunity becomes available.
What will I be assisting customers with? Which queries and in which sector?
This position involves providing customer support across various areas depending on the specific client programs you are enrolled in, such as:
Electricity Services, support customers with light bills. Financial Services, provide support for debit card issues, including fraud prevention, detection, and resolution. Frontline Service, enhancing the experiences of guests and Travel Agent partners. Roadside Assistance, assist drivers who experience vehicle breakdowns. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, coordinate transportation for medical appointments, ensuring clients have reliable and timely access to necessary healthcare services etc.
Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the customers experience.
